Clinic Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Director to join our growing network of healthcare clinics on a full-time basis, working from our main office in Cambridge, Ontario, while overseeing operations across multiple clinic locations.

The Clinic Director will play a key leadership role in:

• Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations across multiple locations
• Leading, supporting, and evaluating clinic teams and staff performance
• Ensuring excellent patient service and consistent standards of care
• Supporting clinic growth, referral relationships, and business development
• Monitoring operational performance and helping clinics achieve their goals
• Maintaining strong quality, compliance, documentation, and administrative standards
• Working closely with ownership and management to improve systems and processes

Previous clinic management or healthcare leadership experience is required.
